CANCELLATION & REFUND
Cancellation by You:
If you decide to cancel your holiday booking, please provide written notice to our office. We will process your cancellation and issue a refund for the tour cost after deducting the applicable cancellation charges as outlined below:
- From the booking date until 30 days prior to the arrival date: A 30% charge of the package cost.
- From 30 days to 15 days before the arrival date: A 50% charge of the package cost.
- From 15 days to 7 days before the arrival date: A 75% charge of the package cost.
- For cancellations made within 5 days of the arrival date: 100% of the package cost will be charged.
Changes Made by Us Before Travel:
We reserve the right to make changes to your holiday itinerary due to unexpected circumstances. If you are not willing to accept a significant change, which we will inform you of before your departure, we will, if possible, offer you an alternative holiday of similar standard and price at no additional cost, or a less expensive holiday. In such cases, we will refund the price difference. Alternatively, you can choose a different holiday offered by us and pay or receive a refund for any price difference. If you prefer, you can cancel your holiday and receive a full refund of your deposits, minus any amendment charges of Rs 1475.00.
Unless the change is due to circumstances such as fighting, disturbances, terrorist activities, natural disasters, fires, or severe weather conditions, we will provide compensation as follows:
- Before 12 days prior to the departure date: Deposits only.
- Before 7 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the Holiday Cost.
- Before 4 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the Holiday Cost + 1.25% of Holiday Cost.
- Before 2 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the Holiday Cost + 3.50% of Holiday Cost.
If we cancel your tour due to unavoidable circumstances or if we cannot provide promised services, we will refund the full amount of your deposits. For Amarnath helicopter tickets, if they are not available on the requested dates, we will refund the full amount of deposits.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control:
We cannot provide compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any changes to your holiday or non-delivery of services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, airport closures, epidemics, natural disasters, terrorist activities, civil unrest, industrial disputes, and bad weather. An amount of 2500 INR per person will be non-refundable, in addition to the applicable cancellation policy for your holiday package.
Your Responsibility:
While we want you to have an enjoyable and carefree holiday, it's important to remember that you are responsible for your actions and their impact on others and the property. If we or any authority figure believes your actions may disrupt others, put them at risk, damage property, or deem you unfit to travel, we may terminate your contract and your holiday. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund, compensation, or any additional costs incurred.
Additionally, you are responsible for your safety and the condition of the property you occupy. We are not liable for accidents resulting from irresponsible behavior or for accidents caused by broken glass, china, or similar items left in a way that could cause harm.
We understand that you may consume alcohol as part of your enjoyment, but please do so responsibly. We assume no liability for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from impaired judgment due to alcohol.
You are also financially responsible for any damage to accommodation, furniture, equipment, or other materials within the accommodation, along with any legal costs incurred in pursuing a claim. Please report any breakages, defects, or damage immediately.
If your behavior or that of your travel companions causes a diversion, you will be held liable for all costs associated with that diversion. We are not responsible for the behavior of others in your accommodation or for any facilities or services withdrawn due to their actions.
